(Only Japanese version is available.)
PJC published a booklet titled “Tips for Successful Internal Control: from Field-Consultants’ Experiences” contains, with some additions, the contents of a series of “Column on IC” which appeared on the PJC web-site from December 2007 to May 2008.
The booklet places twenty-five articles selected from comments by active consultants for PJC explaining essential terms and questions such as “Practice Standards” and “Company-Level IC System” based on their practical knowledge and experiences. It is supplemented with a Q & A section, Links for Tips, and other helpful information on IC.
In addition, three PJC consultants who have led many consulting projects on IC discuss recent situations in IC, including companies’ practices, impacts of the Companies Act and the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act, and situations of audit corporations for the booklet.
PJC ensures that the booklet gives you useful tips for your successful IC system.
PJC has so far provided more than 60 companies with IC system building consulting services. Presently, many of the new clients are introduced by audit corporations.
