Message from President

Perry Johnson Consulting, Inc. of Japan (PJC) started its operation in 1995 as a Japanese branch office of Perry Johnson, Inc., a training and consulting organization incorporated in the U.S. by Perry Lawrence Johnson in 1983.

Today PJC offers a variety of consulting services regarding management system certification under the ISO 9001 and other international standards. In addition, PJC offers services for the establishment of internal control and risk management systems in response to Japan’s new Companies Act and amended Financial Instruments and Exchange Act. PJC also prepares for reformations of public interest corporation system and much more.

Although the business started without any track record in Japan, the number of PJC-contracted clients has exceeded 8,600 thanks to those who have trusted its services.

During last year when public interest corporation system reform was gaining traction, PJC entered into new contracts with more than 500 incorporated associations and foundations. This year PJC is organizing training courses nationwide in various fields including internal control systems, J-SOX Act compliance, reformations of public interest corporation system preparation. We are always working to fulfill the expectations of clients.

PJC has been striving to provide consulting services that contribute to the enhancement of clients’ corporate values based on the site-first approach. We are avoiding only reviewing documents on desks and providing our services on the basis of understanding and appreciation of the corporate culture and sense of value that the clients have cultivated. PJC consulting experts, with excellent communication skills, affluent knowledge and practical experience, will always provide clients with suitable services. They are constantly learning to remain experts in their area. PJC experts study and discuss new concepts and methods at monthly group study sessions and study camps organized throughout the year.
