- 2. In order to prevent losses, destruction, falsifications and leakage of Personal Information, PJC takes countermeasures against malicious access and computer viruses in advance.
- 3. PJC does not leak Personal Information by taking out and transmitting out of the offices.
Disclosing, correcting and suspending and cancelling of Personal Information
PJC recognizes that the persons concerned have the rights to disclosing, correcting and suspending and cancelling of their Personal Information, and sincerely responds to them when requested.
Organization and system
- In order to appropriately control Personal Information, PJC assigns a Personal Information Protection Manager.
- PJC trains its executives and employees to protect and control Personal Information to ensure the complete control of information throughout their daily works and even after their retirement.
Deciding, practicing, maintaining and improving the compliance program for Personal Information Protection
In order to implement this policy, PJC decides company rules on Personal Information Protection and communicates it with PJC personnel and people concerned to practice, maintain and continuously improve it.
